- Which elements are visible
- Which elements are required
- The margin on the top/bottom of the form.
- The margin to the left/right of the form.
- The spacing between each of the fields.
- The text of the submit button.
- The text of the reset button.
- The appearance of the submit/reset button.
- Whether the reset button is visible.
- The background of the form.
- Text to display when the user fails to supply all the required fields.
- Text to display when the mail is sent successfully.
- Text to display when the mail fails to send.
- The email identity which sends the email.
- The email address which sends the email.
- The email address which receives the email.
- The subject of the email.
